Exhibition Spaces for Trade Shows, Expos and Product Launches
From compact trade shows and product launches to full-day business expos with an accompanying conference programme, our five Central London venues offer flexible exhibition space across both the West End and the City of London – Hallam Conference Centre in Fitzrovia, Cavendish Conference Centre in Marylebone, Basinghall in the Square Mile, America Square near Tower Hill, and the Minster Building in the City.
Combined Conference and Exhibition Events
A lot of our exhibitions run alongside a wider conference programme. Because we are a specialist conference and meeting venue operator, we are used to running both formats side by side – an exhibition floor of stands feeding into keynote sessions and breakouts, all in one building, with one set of contacts. Power, Wi-Fi and On-Site AV Support
Standard exhibition setups include power distribution for stands, venue Wi-Fi, and access to in-house AV support for stand technology and presentation areas. Our AV technicians are on site during the event rather than on a helpline, so a stand with a screen that will not wake up gets dealt with in minutes.
Catering for Exhibitors and Visitors
Catering is handled by our group catering partner Mayfair Catering, who can build packages around the shape of an exhibitor day: staggered lunches so stands are never unmanned, continuous refreshments through the floor, or a wrap-up drinks reception at the close. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal and kosher options are all available.
Sustainable Exhibitions with a B Corp Certified Venue
