From an intimate post-conference toast to a full-scale evening reception, our five London venues offer a range of spaces suited to drinks – including one that is genuinely rare in the Square Mile: a private roof terrace on Level 11 at Basinghall, with panoramic views out to St Paul’s Cathedral and across the City of London skyline.
Reception Spaces Across Five London Venues
Reception spaces are available at all five venues – Hallam Conference Centre in Fitzrovia, Cavendish Conference Centre in Marylebone, Basinghall in the Square Mile, America Square near Tower Hill, and the Minster Building in the City. Receptions can be booked on their own or as the evening half of a daytime conference or meeting.
A Genuine London Wine Partnership
Through our partnership with London Cru – London’s original urban winery – we can pour wines produced within London itself for events looking for a local, distinctive touch. It is a real talking point for guests, and consistent with our wider approach to sourcing.
Canapés by City Canapé Company
Canapés are handled by City Canapé Company, the reception and boardroom canapé brand from our group catering partner Mayfair Catering. Because their kitchens sit just outside the boundaries of the Square Mile, canapés typically arrive within 10 to 15 minutes of leaving the pass, by cargo bike. No soggy pastry, no wilted herbs, no compromised texture on arrival – which matters more than any other single detail when you are serving delicate food to standing guests.
