The venue lists up to 35 exhibition stands. Forum 1, 2 and 3 can be used separately for seminars and sponsor sessions while the hall stays open, and the roof terrace takes the closing drinks reception.

The Minster Building — 7 min from Bank
The Minster Gallery on the upper ground floor is the exhibition space: up to 25 stands, 400 standing for a reception, or 300 theatre-style. The Minster Forum on the floor below seats 350 theatre-style for the plenary, so delegates move between talks and stands without leaving the building, and the Fenchurch, Lombard and Monument Suites give you breakout and sponsor rooms for 40 to 130.

Getting there from Bank
- 1 Basinghall Avenue: Leave towards Princes Street and walk north up Moorgate to London Wall, then into Basinghall Avenue — about five minutes.
- The Minster Building: Walk east along Lombard Street and Fenchurch Street into Mincing Lane — about seven minutes.

Catering, technology and support
Catering is in-house, by Mayfair Catering: arrival coffee, working lunches, all-day refreshments and dinners, with vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal and kosher menus available, and canapés for an evening reception from our sister company City Canapé Company. Our in-house technical team runs presentation, video-conferencing and hybrid set-ups. In our post-event survey 97% of clients rated their overall event 8 or more out of 10, and 96% said they would book again.
