If your delegates are arriving at Bond Street, both our West End conference venues are eight to ten minutes' walk north — through Mayfair and up Marylebone Lane. Cavendish Conference Centre at 22 Duchess Mews in Marylebone has a tiered 250-seat auditorium; Hallam Conference Centre at 44 Hallam Street in Fitzrovia is a Grade II listed building with eight flexible rooms. Bond Street is the fastest connection for delegates arriving on the Elizabeth line from Heathrow, Paddington, Canary Wharf and Stratford.
Bond Street is a Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth line station on the Oxford Street / Mayfair boundary, and one of London's most useful for a conference venue. The Elizabeth line makes it a direct run from Heathrow (under an hour), Paddington, Farringdon, Liverpool Street, Canary Wharf and Stratford, all without changing. The Jubilee line connects Waterloo, London Bridge and Canary Wharf; the Central line runs east to Bank and Liverpool Street.
From the station it is eight to ten minutes on foot to either venue. Leave via the Marylebone Lane exit, walk north up Marylebone Lane, then east into Marylebone High Street for 22 Duchess Mews (via Duchess Street) or 44 Hallam Street (via Cavendish Square and Chandos Street). Oxford Circus is five minutes east on the Central line if delegates want to skip the walk. Both venues are inside the Congestion Charge and ULEZ zones.
Both West End venues seat up to 250 theatre-style. 22 Duchess Mews is built around its tiered auditorium; 44 Hallam Street has eight flexible rooms across four floors of a Grade II listed building. Floorplans and room lists are on the venue pages.
The area around Bond Street is professional-services country: the medical royal colleges and Harley Street specialists to the north, the media, advertising and marketing agencies of Fitzrovia to the east, the University of London on Bloomsbury's edge, and the fashion, retail and beauty press offices around Bond Street to the south. The organisations here book us for AGMs and results presentations, graduate intakes and training programmes, exam sittings, product launches, press days, hybrid conferences and academic and charity conferences — for which a discounted rate applies.
Catering is in-house, by Mayfair Catering, from arrival coffee to a seated dinner, with canapés for drinks receptions from our sister company City Canapé Company. In our post-event survey 97% of clients rated their overall event 8 or more out of 10. Cavendish Venues is a Certified B Corporation, and took Gold for Best Venue Customer Service and Silver in the Sustainability Award for Venues at the Conference Awards 2026.
Delegates staying overnight have a good choice of hotels within a ten-minute walk of both venues, from The Langham on Portland Place through to the properties around Marylebone High Street. Charlotte Street, Marylebone High Street and Marylebone Village have restaurants and bars within five minutes in every direction.
