Day, Week and Multi-Week Hire
Pop-ups run to a build day, show days and a strike day. We take single-day bookings and week-long runs, holding the room across consecutive days so display units and stock stay in place overnight rather than being packed down each evening. Longer runs can be arranged subject to availability.
Buyer Previews and Press Days
A trade preview works best with a check-in desk, somewhere for buyers to wait, a route through the space and syndicate rooms for taking orders. Press days can run alongside or in a separate window, with drinks and canapés provided in-house.
W1 for Consumer, the City for Trade
Hallam Conference Centre and Cavendish Conference Centre put a pop-up in W1, the traditional heart of the fashion and fabric trade and close to press offices. America Square, the Minster Building and Basinghall reach a City audience. All five are within a five-minute walk of a mainline Tube or rail station.

Can I hire a Cavendish venue for a pop-up shop or showroom?
Yes. We take single-day pop-up bookings and week-long showcase runs, holding the room over consecutive days so display units and stock stay in place overnight. For longer-running showrooms, we can hold the same room for two or more consecutive weeks subject to availability. Bookings include load-in day, show days and strike day.
Do you offer overnight storage for pop-up stock?
Yes. Secure overnight storage is available for stock, display units and props. Steaming rooms and dressing areas can be set up in adjacent breakout rooms for fashion showcases. Back-of-house includes a manned goods entrance during show hours. Loading access and lift dimensions are confirmed venue-by-venue in the booking pack.
Which pop-up venues work best for consumer versus trade audiences?
Consumer-facing pop-ups usually choose 44 Hallam Street or 22 Duchess Mews for foot traffic and press proximity in Fitzrovia and Marylebone. Trade-only buyer previews and B2B showcases usually choose a City venue for reach to buyers based in EC postcodes. Both clusters have restaurants and hotels within a short walk for out-of-town buyers.
Can you host a buyer preview or press day at the pop-up?
Yes. Trade-only buyer previews use a private, appointment-based setup: check-in desk, seated waiting area, a series of rooms or zones for buyers to move through, and private meeting rooms for order-taking. Press days can run alongside or on separate windows, with drinks and canapes prepared in-house.
