That takes reliable bandwidth, decent cameras and audio, someone who knows what they are doing behind the mixer, and a room set up to be talked to as well as looked at. Our five London hybrid event venues are set up for exactly that.
In-House AV Technicians On Site
Every venue has an in-house AV technician on site during the event – not on a helpline. They handle streaming, camera changes, remote-presenter dial-ins and any troubleshooting live, while the event is running.
Live Streaming, Webcasting and On-Demand
Standard capability includes multi-camera setups, live streaming to Zoom, Microsoft Teams or a custom webcast platform, remote-presenter dial-in, on-demand recording for post-event distribution, and full digital branding on screens and holding slides. Tell us which platform you are using at booking and the AV team will configure the setup around it.
Fully Virtual Events and Broadcast Setups
For fully virtual events – where the audience is entirely remote but the presenters are on site – we can turn a room into a broadcast studio for the day, with our AV team running the production end to end.
