The Minster Building — 4 min from Fenchurch Street
The Minster Gallery on the upper ground floor is the exhibition space: up to 25 stands, 400 standing for a reception, or 300 theatre-style. The Minster Forum on the floor below seats 350 theatre-style for the plenary, so delegates move between talks and stands without leaving the building, and the Fenchurch, Lombard and Monument Suites give you breakout and sponsor rooms for 40 to 130.

Getting there from Fenchurch Street
- 1 America Square: Leaving the station, Crosswall runs off Fenchurch Street to the east and brings you to 1 America Square in about three minutes.
- The Minster Building: Head west along Fenchurch Street and turn into Mincing Lane; the entrance is on the left, about four minutes in all.

Catering is in-house, by Mayfair Catering: arrival coffee, working lunches, all-day refreshments and dinners, with vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal and kosher menus available, and canapés for an evening reception from our sister company City Canapé Company. Our in-house technical team runs presentation, video-conferencing and hybrid set-ups.
