Good food is a cornerstone to the success of your event. At Cavendish Venues, all our food is freshly prepared on site by our award-winning chefs. Having a full chef brigade on site means we can react to any last-minute requests, dietary requirements, etc.
So that we can offer the freshest, most seasonal menus possible, for our day time business we offer a fixed daily changing menu. Our menus are updated quarterly in line with the Soil Association's guide to seasonality. Dinner menu's are all bespoke. We can, of course, alter or rewrite any menu on request.
Our purchasing policy (available) places supplier locality and traceability above cost in purchasing decisions.
Food waste is composted. For many years, we have been eradicating disposable items from our operations, mineral water bottles, individually wrapped butter, etc.
