Cavendish Venues operates five dedicated London conference venues across the West End and the City of London – Hallam Conference Centre in Fitzrovia, Cavendish Conference Centre in Marylebone, Basinghall in the Square Mile, America Square near Tower Hill, and the Minster Building in the City. Between them our conference spaces host events from 2 to 450 delegates, up to 450 theatre style in our largest room.

Conference venues in the City of London

Three dedicated conference venues in the City of London, from the 450-seat auditorium at 1 Basinghall Avenue to the 350-seat Forum at The Minster Building and the 270-seat suite at 1 America Square. Every one is within a five-minute walk of a mainline or Tube station: Moorgate and the Elizabeth line for Basinghall, Bank, Fenchurch Street and Tower Hill for Minster and America Square. Conference venues in the West End

Two dedicated conference venues in the West End – Cavendish Conference Centre at 22 Duchess Mews in Marylebone, with a tiered 250-seat auditorium five minutes from Oxford Circus, and Hallam Conference Centre at 44 Hallam Street in Fitzrovia, a Grade II listed building with eight flexible rooms for up to 250 delegates. Both are within walking distance of Bond Street, Regent Street, Harley Street and the University of London, and both are on the Elizabeth line through Bond Street and Tottenham Court Road.

Conference venue for 300 to 450 delegates

For a conference of 300 to 450 delegates, our largest room is the combined Forum at 1 Basinghall Avenue: 450 theatre-style, 250 cabaret, or 204 for a seated dinner, with 30 exhibition stands in the adjoining space. Both are purpose-built for the big day: AGMs, results presentations, association conferences, product launches and hybrid broadcasts.

Cavendish Venues is the only specialist conference and meeting venue operator in London to hold B Corp certification, having scored 86.7 in the B Impact Assessment. Catering by Mayfair Catering, Our Group Catering Partner

Catering is provided by our group catering partner Mayfair Catering, one of London’s longest-established sustainable event caterers. Because they are a group business rather than a bought-in contract caterer, the standards, the sourcing and the team stay consistent across every venue. Menus can be built around any dietary or religious requirement, including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, halal and kosher.
