The venue lists up to 35 exhibition stands. Forum 1, 2 and 3 can be used separately for seminars and sponsor sessions while the hall stays open, and the roof terrace takes the closing drinks reception.

The Minster Building — 12 min from St Paul's

The Minster Gallery on the upper ground floor is the exhibition space: up to 25 stands, 400 standing for a reception, or 300 theatre-style. The Minster Forum on the floor below seats 350 theatre-style for the plenary, so delegates move between talks and stands without leaving the building, and the Fenchurch, Lombard and Monument Suites give you breakout and sponsor rooms for 40 to 130.

Getting there from St Paul's

• 1 Basinghall Avenue: Leave onto Cheapside, head east past One New Change and the north side of the Cathedral, take King Street to Gresham Street, then Basinghall Street to Basinghall Avenue — about eight minutes.
• The Minster Building: Continue east across the City to Mincing Lane — about twelve minutes.

Our in-house technical team runs presentation, video-conferencing and hybrid set-ups.
