Hallam Conference Centre has been shortlisted as a Finalist!
We are delighted to announce we have been shortlisted as a finalist in the Conference and Events Awards for Best Venue Customer Service, specifically our Hallam Conference Centre. We believe that customer service is the building block on which all good conferences and meetings are built! From when you first contact the venue, through the event itself and on. We are proud of the fact that 83% of all our bookings by value come from repeat clients. We ask clients and delegates alike to review us unmoderated on Google, it is only through feedback that we have the possibility to improve. The other venues that are also finalist for the best venue customer service award are: 30 Euston Square, De Vere Beaumont Estate, Lambeth Palace – Palace Public Occasions , Manchester Central and Tobacco Dock.
