Our newest City venue is a conference centre on a single floor of the One Basinghall Avenue building, reached by lift or a wide staircase from a staffed reception at street level. Its heart is the Forum: three rooms that work on their own for meetings, workshops and breakouts, or open into one space for up to 450 theatre-style. Each Forum room takes a boardroom of 60 or more, and an induction loop is included in every booking at no extra charge. The venue is open from 9am to 11pm, and there is a roof terrace for drinks when the meeting finishes.

The Minster Building — 12 min from St Paul's
The Minster Building is entered from Mincing Lane through the main reception of a seven-storey building with security staff on the desk around the clock, and a handrailed ramp at street level. Our space runs over two floors. The upper ground floor holds the Minster Gallery and the Monument Suite; the ground floor holds the 350-seat Minster Forum, with the Fenchurch and Lombard Suites along the corridor beside it. For meetings, Monument and Lombard take a boardroom of 25, Fenchurch 35, and Lombard and Fenchurch combine for 60 boardroom or 130 theatre-style.

Getting there from St Paul's
- 1 Basinghall Avenue: Leave onto Cheapside, head east past One New Change and the north side of the Cathedral, take King Street to Gresham Street, then Basinghall Street to Basinghall Avenue — about eight minutes.

Catering is in-house, by Mayfair Catering: arrival coffee, working lunches, all-day refreshments and dinners, with vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal and kosher menus available, and canapés for an evening reception from our sister company City Canapé Company. Our in-house technical team runs presentation, video-conferencing and hybrid set-ups. In our post-event survey 97% of clients rated their overall event 8 or more out of 10, and 96% said they would book again. Cavendish Venues is a Certified B Corporation, and took Gold for Best Venue Customer Service and Silver in the Sustainability Award for Venues at the Conference Awards 2026.
