The Minster Building — 4 min from Monument and Cannon Street
The Minster Building is entered from Mincing Lane through the main reception of a seven-storey building with security staff on the desk around the clock, and a handrailed ramp at street level. Our space runs over two floors. The upper ground floor holds the Minster Gallery and the Monument Suite; the ground floor holds the 350-seat Minster Forum, with the Fenchurch and Lombard Suites along the corridor beside it. For meetings, Monument and Lombard take a boardroom of 25, Fenchurch 35, and Lombard and Fenchurch combine for 60 boardroom or 130 theatre-style.

1 America Square
1 America Square has eight rooms, which makes it our most flexible City venue for a day of meetings at different sizes. The Aldgate Suite takes a boardroom of 15; Newgate, Walbrook and Fleet take boardrooms of 26 to 36; Aldgate and Bishopsgate combine for 114 theatre-style; and the Ludgate Suite seats 270. Through the glass wall of the Walbrook Suite you look straight onto a floodlit stretch of the Roman London Wall, which tends to be the thing delegates remember.

- The Minster Building: From Monument, walk east along Eastcheap and turn into Mincing Lane; the entrance is on the left, about four minutes. From Cannon Street allow about eight minutes, along Monument Street and Eastcheap.
- 1 America Square: 1 America Square is about four minutes beyond The Minster Building, towards Tower Hill.

Catering, technology and support
Catering is in-house, by Mayfair Catering: arrival coffee, working lunches, all-day refreshments and dinners, with vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal and kosher menus available, and canapés for an evening reception from our sister company City Canapé Company. Our in-house technical team runs presentation, video-conferencing and hybrid set-ups. In our post-event survey 97% of clients rated their overall event 8 or more out of 10, and 96% said they would book again. Cavendish Venues is a Certified B Corporation, and took Gold for Best Venue Customer Service and Silver in the Sustainability Award for Venues at the Conference Awards 2026.
