Catering at all five Cavendish venues is provided by Mayfair Catering, an independent London event caterer with 25 years in the Central London events market. Mayfair Catering runs six kitchens across Central London, so food for our City and West End venues is cooked close by and arrives fresh. Mayfair was named Caterer of the Year (up to £7m) at the 2026 Conference & Events Awards, and has long been regarded as one of London's most sustainable caterers: ingredients are traced to the farm they came from, surplus event food is sold through Too Good To Go rather than binned, and its September 2026 food-waste impact report is published on mayfaircatering.com.

Boardroom & Reception Canapés by City Canapé Company

For smaller-scale boardroom canapés or a reception drop, Mayfair Catering's City Canapé Company handles rapid delivery into the City of London – typically 10 to 15 minutes from kitchen to boardroom, by cargo bike. That means no soggy pastry and no wilted herbs on arrival. City Canapé Company operates as a direct-order service alongside the full Mayfair Catering menu, and is the natural fit for London drinks receptions.

On the drinks side, our partnership with London Cru – London's original urban winery – lets us pour wines made in London itself. It's a distinctive touch for events looking for a local hook, and it aligns with our approach to sourcing.
