We are absolutely over the moon to announce that, as of March 26, Cavendish Venues has officially earned its B Corp Certification!

If you aren't familiar with the movement, B Corp is widely regarded as the world’s premier environmental and social accreditation. It is awarded only to organisations that meet the highest verified standards of performance, transparency, and accountability. By achieving this, we join an elite global community of change-makers—including iconic brands like Patagonia, Innocent Drinks, and The Body Shop.

Crucially, we are incredibly proud to be the only sustainable conference venue in London currently holding this prestigious status.

Building on a Green Foundation

For Cavendish Venues, becoming a B Corp wasn't a sudden pivot; it was the natural evolution of a strongly purpose-led business model. For 30 years we have striven to incrementally lighten our footprint.

A Two-Year Labour of Love

The road to certification was long and, at times, incredibly arduous. It took our leadership team the best part of two years to navigate the rigorous B Impact Assessment alongside the daily demands of running a busy London venue. It became a true labour of love, requiring sheer bloody-mindedness to reach the finish line.

However, the "pain" of the process was also its greatest reward. It forced us to move beyond vague claims and build a concrete "evidence trail"—from written policies and training presentations to board agendas and photos of our facilities. This journey didn't just give us a stamp of approval; it actually made us a more efficient and brilliant business.
