All five of our London venues are available for evening and weekend hire – either as an extension of a daytime booking, such as a drinks reception after the conference or an awards dinner after the AGM, or as a standalone booking on its own terms.

Standalone Weekend Bookings

Weekend hire is not just a weekday extension. Saturday and Sunday bookings run as events in their own right, from weekend conferences through to launch events and private dinners, at Hallam Conference Centre, Cavendish Conference Centre, Basinghall, America Square and the Minster Building.

Awards Dinners and Gala Evenings, Catering by Mayfair Catering

Awards dinners, gala evenings, launch events and drinks receptions are all part of the regular pattern. Catering is provided by our group catering partner Mayfair Catering, from formal three-course dinners for hundreds through to canapés and cocktails, with our AV team on site throughout. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal and kosher menus are all available.

London Christmas Party Venues

For a Central London Christmas party in a genuinely dedicated events space, rather than the corner of a hotel restaurant, we have five venues across the West End and the City of London to choose from. December fills quickly, so it is worth talking to us early.

Canapé Receptions by City Canapé Company

For canapé-led receptions, our sister brand City Canapé Company delivers rapid boardroom-to-reception canapés into the City of London, kitchen to table in 10 to 15 minutes by cargo bike. It is the natural fit for post-work drinks or a summer reception where the format is light and the pace is fast.

Rooftop Drinks with a City View

For evening drinks with a view, our Level 11 roof terrace at Basinghall in the Square Mile offers something rare in the City – a private outdoor space eleven storeys above the streets, with the dome of St Paul’s Cathedral to the west.
