What Can We Offer?
Hybrid event is a combination of conference at a physical location and “virtual” online component for remote attendees, a successful hybrid event will connect these elements seamlessly and will reach wider audiences with tailored messages and memorable experiences.
To run a hybrid event you will need 3 elements:
– Audio Visual Package – projector & screen, microphones, speakers, switcher, technician and other bits you would normally use to run your conference or event
– Capture & Streaming Equipment – cameras, streaming laptop, mixers, encoders, recorders etc
– Virtual Platform – Glisser, Remo, Zoom, Bluejeans, Teams, Hopin etc
We’d be delighted to offer all of the above or if have your own preferred streaming supplier and platform, you are welcome to bring them along.
Our preferred virtual platform is Remo, one of the best virtual platforms in the industry, which offers possibilities of custom branding, virtual sponsor tables, polling integration, breakout rooms and group sessions, Q&A on stage – where guests can ask questions via video and not just by text and most importantly – networking facility. We believe your virtual guests should be able to network with speakers and guests during breaks just the same as they would in the venue and Remo offers just that – your virtual networking suite where guests can network in groups via video chat.
We understand that no two conferences or events are the same, not every event will need a full set of items, so we’ve broken down our packages and you can build your own event starting from basics:

A virtual or hybrid conference can have many positives and negatives compared to a physical event; many thousands of words have been written about hybrid events. While nothing beats face-to-face interaction, hybrid conference is the next best thing. Here are some advantages to hosting a hybrid event:
- Sustainability – saved travel miles, no printed collateral (on average one virtual event saves approximately 36,000 sheets of paper just by using digital content), less water and food waste, saved electricity and lots more!
