Many exhibition organisers love the period charm of the Hallam Conference Centre with its wood-panelled council chamber, but for those who prefer a more contemporary space our City of London venue fits the bill, with a distinctly modern feel. Asia House, in Marylebone features a dedicated gallery and large open studio space that is perfect for art shows and our Oxford Circus venue is a popular space for business expos and conferences that also require exhibition areas.

All our venues have been carefully designed with the event organiser in mind and are packed with the latest audio-visual equipment. Our London locations offer excellent access to public transport and rooms are available to hire throughout the week, including evenings and weekends.

Exhibition Space Planning

With the help of our powerful floor-planning software our experienced events team can assist you in creating the perfect layout for every room. Experiment in 3D with different room configurations ahead of your exhibition to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day. We have created scaled diagrams of all our venues that can be shared with everyone involved, from catering to tech support to ensure that rooms are setup to your precise specification.

Green Exhibition Venues

Sustainability & environmental responsibility have always been at the heart of how we run our London venues. We were the first exhibition venues in London to be certified landfill neutral and can offer you completely Carbon Neutral events by offsetting the carbon generated by your art show, expo or product launch.
