All our London conference facilities are located within a 5-minute walk of an underground station, with many also located close to mainline stations. Areas served are the West End, Midtown and City of London. We have conference venues to hire near Oxford Street and Bond Street, Tottenham Court Road and Goodge Street, Holborn and Chancery Lane, Russell Square and Kings Cross, Fenchurch Street and Aldgate. There are two London conference venues next to the world-renowned BBC New Broadcasting House, each of these conference venues have capacities for up to 250 people. Another conference centre, with capacity of up to 270 guests, is available right next to the Tower of London, boasting a unique and historic feature: the Roman ruins of the London Wall, dating back to the 2nd or early 3rd century. For guests looking to stay in town overnight, there are plenty of choices – all our conference centres are surrounded by hotels.

Sustainability and environmental responsibility have always been central to the way we run our London conference facilities. We are now able to offer you completely Carbon Neutral events by offsetting the carbon generated by your conference and delegates’ travel.
At each of our London conference venues we really want to improve all aspects of our operation. Therefore, we are running a scheme whereby we will plant a tree for any suggestion as to how we can improve; be it our website, our venue services, our meeting rooms, our conference rooms etc. If the suggestion is practicable and we adopt it, we will plant 10 trees.

We use Social Tables, a powerful piece of floor-planning software, to help you create the perfect conference room layout for your event at one of our London conference venues. Experiment with different virtual room configurations ahead of your conference so that everything runs smoothly on the day. We have created scaled diagrams that can be shared with everyone involved, from catering to tech support to ensure that conference rooms are setup to your precise specification.
