I would like to state/point out that Valeria is the most helpful, attentive and well-organised person I've ever encountered in venues I've worked with. While most of them just reassure me that it's all fine and under control, of their flexibility and that all details are taken on board, Valeria genuinely knows every detail of the event as I have it in my mind, has acknowledged every email I've sent and knows exactly what I'm talking about. Also shows great flexibility with last minute requests and takes care of all the details until properly done and all in place during an event.
At Cavendish Conference Venues, we are always pleased to hear ‘how we did’ from our customers, it’s an important part of what helps us to continuously improve our service. We can only ‘better’ ourselves through the Positive and Negative comments from our clients and we do strive for perfection. From a survey of 500 clients 95% said they would be back and the balance of people said their event was a one off only, so we must be doing something well.
