| The whole event was well organised and the venue was excellent - even small things like having a 'desk' to rest on to take notes helped, water on desks etc. I felt there was alot of attention paid to detail / comfort of course participants. | |

From a survey of 500 clients 95% said they would be back and the balance of people said their event was a one off only, so we must be doing something well.
