I would also like to extend additional thanks to Alex the IT chap who was a great help to me, not only did the presentations run smoothly, as he jumped between his laptop and mine, he was a diamond in helping reformat the three videos that didn’t play or embed properly on my own laptop. He helped two of my sponsors with internet issues, and fixed the connections for the two plasma all beyond the normal call of duty.

At Cavendish Conference Venues, we are always pleased to hear ‘how we did’ from our customers, it’s an important part of what helps us to continuously improve our service. We can only ‘better’ ourselves through the Positive and Negative comments from our clients and we do strive for perfection. From a survey of 500 clients 95% said they would be back and the balance of people said their event was a one off only, so we must be doing something well.
