We held our event at America Square on 14 Feb. It’s the first time I have used the venue with my current company Control Risks but I believe I had used the venue previously (many years ago) when I worked at the Association of Corporate Treasurers. The venue was definitely the best fit for our event – a half day conference with networking. The conference room and break out space were an ideal size and we also put polyboard and vinyls up to brand the venue.
I cannot fault anything in terms of the experience in the lead up and during the event. Valeria (cc’d in) was amazing in the lead up to the event and very accommodating with all requests. All communication was done in a timely manner and the event ran very smoothly on the day.
The AV technician is probably the best I have worked with. He was extremely helpful with all request and the AV ran seamlessly on the day. It’s so nice to have someone so friendly to work with at an event – good technicians like him are hard to find.
I would definitely use America Sq again for an event in the future. And happy to provide a review on Google.

At Cavendish Conference Venues, we are always pleased to hear ‘how we did’ from our customers, it’s an important part of what helps us to continuously improve our service. We can only ‘better’ ourselves through the Positive and Negative comments from our clients and we do strive for perfection. From a survey of 500 clients 95% said they would be back and the balance of people said their event was a one off only, so we must be doing something well.
