I don’t know if your remember me but I was the chap that had a blood nose at the PSM conference on the 20th November last year. I wanted to thank you and your staff for looking after me so well. I am also glad you called the paramedics as I ended up having surgery (SPA ligation) on the main artery in my frontal lobe to stop the bleeding, when they opened me up they found an aneurysm as well which they have now removed. I have only just come back to work and wanted to thank you very much !
