Every one your team were attentive and professional. We were a bit nervous as this type of event is a bit of a step up for us, but you put us at our ease from the moment we stepped over the threshold. Your sound/lighting guy (Richard?) was superb, but I don’t really want to pick any one person out because you have a great team there - the staff clearing plates away, the people serving food, the people checking the auditorium during the lunch break - Always on hand. Never obtrusive. Always pleasant and approachable.

From a survey of 500 clients 95% said they would be back and the balance of people said their event was a one off only, so we must be doing something well.
