Our Guide for Corporate Conference Travellers to London

July 20, 2023

London is the epicentre for the conference industry in the UK and with a huge surge in corporate travellers to London, using our conference rooms, we are offering you a few tips on preparation for your journey to the City.

Arrival

When you first land in London whether it is to Gatwick, Stanstead, Luton, Heathrow or London City airport, travelling in to London could not be any easier as you can simply hop on the Gatwick or Heathrow Express trains that run every 15 minutes, the Elizabeth Line or the Stanstead Express. Alternatively, if you want to take in the sights on a leisurely trip, it is so easy to hop on to a National Express Bus into the City Centre.

Most forms of transport nowadays only require a contactless credit card for payment to your destination, tap in and tap out! Do check your route prior to making the journey.

Book a Hotel Room

On our website, there is a link on each of our conference venues’ pages, to ‘Nearby Hotels’ where we have a tool to search for hotels closest to the venue you will be using. We believe your visit to our conference venues is equally as important as booking your hotel room, as we know after the long day you will have had,  you will just want to relax and not have to travel far to get to your destination.

Travelling to our Conference Venues
