Our auditoriums and conference rooms are geared up for the welcome return of in-venue events, now with the added element of hybrid virtual space together with the flow of live in-venue to remote attendees and remote attendee participation back into the venue.
Hybrid is nothing new to us we have been streaming in remote presenters and streaming back out to remote attendees for many years now. This is achieved using high definition cameras and presentation streaming encoders which are fed to a virtual platform, giving ease to switching between camera shots and speakers’ presentation material. We can also use a second feed from the venue to continuously display the conference centre projection screen in high quality. So when the presenter advances slide decks, the slides advance on the virtual platform at the same time in venue. We beam back into the venue the remote speakers and attendees that are delivering presentations onto screen so the audience inside the venue can see and hear them.
We can offer speakers a virtual remote to control their slides locally in the venue or they can choose to share their presentation application via the virtual platform.
We offer the usual text based questions and general comments options on our packages.
Our hybrid conference package also has the option of a virtual networking suite. This is an exciting new innovation so when the physical event breaks into informal networking, so can the virtual audience take advantage of chatting with their colleagues by webcam and microphone. You can also offer your attendees the chance to visit sponsors and click on sponsor links. We recommend that sponsors onsite bring along a laptop so they can participate with the virtual delegation.

Our custom packages allow for 1-800 attendees remotely with further added capacity with simultaneous streams; we are also very happy to use other platforms that any customer may have an account with.
Our cameras and encoders can equally be deployed in the smaller rooms for those all-important online meetings and seminar/webinar scenarios. Another option we can accommodate is to stream in from one virtual platform and mix the in venue elements and stream back out on a second virtual platform. There are many varied opportunities for hybrid events allowing for the welcome return of the in-venue experience once more.
