Our conference and meeting rooms are still available throughout the summer. Depending on what you want to achieve from your meeting, the room can be set up in different styles according to your needs and the number of people in attendance. Whatever the set-up required, we have you covered!

Boardroom Layout

The boardroom layout is the perfect style for a formal meeting as the layout features a large central rectangular table with chairs surrounding it. Participants face each other, which helps communication flow quite easily.

U-shape Layout

The U-shape layout is like the boardroom layout, the only difference is the tables are arranged in the shape of the letter ‘U’ with chairs around the outer edges. The flexibility of the layout allows the presenter more freedom to walk within the U-shape table to engage with participants more directly.

Lecture/Theatre Layout

This meeting room setup is suitable for larger-scale meetings and conferences.  It contains rows of chairs where people are facing towards the presenters at the front of the room.

Classroom Layout

The classroom layout is ideal for a studious setting as the meeting room will be set up with rows of tables and chairs facing a visual display, such as a screen or whiteboard which is fantastic for presentations, workshops, and group discussions.

Huddle Layout

The huddle layout is an informal meeting room layout which will give off a relaxed atmosphere. The layout offers a wide range of options, such as sofas, armchairs, and bean bags, arranged in a comfortable setting.

All the above meeting layouts are perfect but may not be suitable for the type of meeting you are planning to do. If you are holding an Executive Board meeting, the best option is Boardroom whilst for training it is either Classroom or U-shape layouts.
