At Cavendish Conference Venues, we are always pleased to hear ‘how we did’ from our customers, it’s an important part of what helps us to continuously improve our service. We can only ‘better’ ourselves through the Positive and Negative comments from our clients and we do strive for perfection. From a survey of 500 clients 95% said they would be back and the balance of people said their event was a one off only, so we must be doing something well.

"The Primary Care Society held a medical training day at Cavendish Conference Centre. It was very clear to us upon our arrival that the team had a very clear strategy developed for handling meetings during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The staff wore masks, the floors and walkways were all clearly marked and this made it easy for us as organisers as well as for our delegates to know where they were able to go. The seating in the lecture theatre made social distancing easy to comply with and the surfaces and bannisters leading down to the theatre were cleaned after every break.
The team at Cavendish always go out of their way to ensure that we are extremely well looked after and on this occasion they were even more attentive. Nothing ever seems to phase them and any requests are always met with a 'yes' which makes it a pleasure to work with them.
Normally our lunch would comprise a hot buffet which is not currently compliant with the rules and this was replaced by a more than acceptable lunch box which contained all you could possibly hope for.
The delegate feedback at the end of the day matched our own first class experience and we would never hesitate to recommend this venue.
Cavendish Conference Centre is our preferred venue in London for conferences and we return time after time as the whole team does their utmost to ensure that we all enjoy the experience."
