Valeria was extremely helpful, efficient and full of smiles regardless of how many times I ran upstairs to ask her things!  She really made us feel welcome.

And I must particularly thank Alex who was fantastic at sorting out our IT issues and a complete star.

Just to say a big thank you to you and your staff yesterday.  We felt the event went very well and there seemed to be a real buzz at the venue.

I left a box and 2 banners and just booked them back with our courier City Sprint who will pick it up today.
