"We recently used the America Square Conference Centre for the first time for a full day meeting and were very impressed. The meeting room was spacious and, although it didn't have much natural light (as the rooms are at lower ground level) we liked that one side of the room had full height windows overlooking a section of the London Wall. As with the Hallam Conference Centre, we were particularly impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. Everyone was friendly and polite - nothing was too much trouble. We would be happy to recommend America Square and will definitely be using them again in the future."

"My company held an all-day event at Hallam Conference Centre in January 2020. The Cavendish Venue staff were extremely helpful in helping to confirm arrangements beforehand, along with helping with minor changes we made on the day. The venue was bright and cheerful, and the catering provided was excellent, with the chef easily adapting to various dietary requirements. The friendliness of the staff could not be faulted which helped to make the day a great success. We will certainly consider returning again for a future event."

I just wanted to touch base with you to let you know how amazing the event was on Friday 29th November 2019 and we couldn’t of done it without you.
Firstly I wanted to say a very big thank you Dermot for being so generous in giving us a space the day before when you didn’t have too, just to let you know that really helped us in making sure that we had all our laptop bags packed and pre ready for our trainees on the day which worked out really smoothly, thank you.
Secondly I wanted to thank the team at the Cavendish for working with us and collaborating with us in making sure that we had everything we needed to make the day run as successful as possible. All the catering staff were amazing and the food was also very generous which the trainees and the staff loved.
Renata thank you ever so much for your kindness and keen attitude in providing us with everything we needed, your efforts really went a long way and I wanted to thank you personally for being so helpful and making last minute changes for us on the day of the event.
Lastly Eleni, I want to say a very big thank you for being such an amazing events manager. From the beginning when I presented the event to you, you made sure that you provided your wisdom and extra guidance and stance in how we should do the event and what we could do to make it better. You really made me feel very comfortable in knowing that the induction day was going to be a success because of how well you planned with me in ensuring that we were both on the same page and agenda logistically. Thank you for being so understanding and being really quick to help and support my team with anything that they needed, you are truly heaven sent !
All in all you all really made a massive impact and impression on us as a strong team and venue to have conferences in. We have built our trust up with you and we will be more than happy to have future events with you as you did such an amazing job this time round.
