What we mean is that the price you see on the contract is the price you will pay, UNLESS you as a client change / add to the brief! There are no services/ items which clients require as a matter of course which are not included. As a group of conference and meeting venues in Central London we think this is important for lots of reasons:
- Customer Service – we believe we offer some of the best customer service of any venue in London. Part of good customer service is being open and transparent, this guarantee is part of that.
- Simplification – we amongst others (here) have noticed that conference and meeting contracts are getting ever more complicated. Lots of venues are trying to recoup losses incurred during the pandemic, cancellation clauses are becoming more onerous, hidden charges more prevalent. We want our customers to come back, if you as a customer get hit by unexpected charges that’s unlikely.
