The enthusiasm from absolutely everybody has made of the city of London like a Christmas eve every day.
It doesn’t matter if you did not have a ticket to go to watch one of the games, just walking anywhere you could meet the volunteers at each corner willing to help, the Olympics pop up shops proud of their products, the atmosphere everywhere has been amazing. Places like Hyde Park with 5 huge screens providing images from the stadium and the first ever African Village where the African nations showcased their culture and art.
And the sports open to the public like the Marathon today, could not have been better organised. Watching some of the World’s best athletes surrounded accompanied by hundreds of people cheering up their country and enjoying every second of this unforgetably happy day.
