We are attempting to look at all aspects of our operation to ensure that we are minimising our environmental impact. The lowly burner which power the chaffing dishes on our buffet stations is a case in point. In 2020 we are trialling Eco Serve burners. Eco Burner has been independently tested by Carbon Footprint who verify that there is a 75% reduction in carbon emissions when switching from traditional chaffing fuels.
