While we are going through unprecedented times, we all felt massive impact of this new virus named Covid-19. We can all agree, this is something we did not expect to happen, and we would never be staying in our homes for so long. This is a story we will be telling our children and grandchildren for a very long time. Due to this current situation, events are not taking place. Fear of spreading the virus and putting our health at risk is taking us over and when this is all finished, nothing will be the same. However, life is not black and white. There are still plenty things we can do while stuck indoors, we can still communicate digitally and help events industry to take a step forward and introduce new ways of running events.

While I am working from home and trying to find ways to entertain myself, I have realised that we have a strong tool to make our everyday life a little bit more interesting as being on lockdown and not being able to go out meet friends, colleagues, clients can be quite devastating. This tool is technology. Many industries have been affected by this virus and are indeed suffering and this is the time for technology to shine.

We are all using internet to find joyful ways to spend our time, to interact with our colleagues, friends, and families. Why not to use this amazing tool to attend virtual events.
