83% repeat business in 2019 – Hopefully we are doing something right!
It’s taken 2 days of number crunching. We are delighted to announce that in 2019 83% of events as measured by value also used us in either 2018 or 2017. Thank you to all our fantastic clients, we will not take you for granted. We think this vindicates our decision to focus with laser like intensity on fabulous customer service, linked to ever improving facilities. For methodology we have used invoice address specifically postcode as a proxy for company address, adjusted where appropriate i.e. Capita Plc use an invoicing address in India. This figure represents all events held in the Hallam Conference Centre, The America Square Conference Centre and Cavendish Conference Centre.
