At Cavendish Conference Venues, we are always pleased to hear ‘how we did’ from our customers, it’s an important part of what helps us to continuously improve our service. We can only ‘better’ ourselves through the Positive and Negative comments from our clients and we do strive for perfection. From a survey of 500 clients 95% said they would be back and the balance of people said their event was a one off only, so we must be doing something well.

I know we said it in person but I just wanted to send a written thank you for all the help and support you gave us in the planning and delivery on Tuesday. The event has been a great success for us and the feedback from clients and speakers alike has been universally positive. I heard many comments about great venue and how good the catering was so please feed that back to your whole team who helped make the day go smoothly.
I felt that nothing was too much trouble for the team on the day and this makes our lives as organisers so much easier. And you will be pleased to know that the gentleman taken ill on the day was fine and released from hospital to go home so good news all round.
