Flexible London Exhibition Spaces

At our London exhibition spaces, we offer a variety of room designs and layouts to suit smaller scale events and tastes. We have contemporary exhibition spaces such as our Cornhill Suite in America Square Conference Centre, as well as modern spaces such as the Whittington Suite in Cavendish Conference Centre, and more traditional and fascinating Grade II listed London exhibition spaces such as our Regent Suite in Hallam Conference Centre. Not only do we offer alternative styles and layouts for your event, our London exhibition spaces all have impressive room features which are successful in creating the most effective wow-factor to keep visitors coming back.

For example, the Cornhill Suite at America Square takes pride in its famous and historic Roman Wall remains, which are beautifully lit up in a colour of your choice. Alongside that, the room is large and airy, displaying numerous paintings by worldwide artists. The Whittington Suite in Cavendish Conference Centre showcases it’s modern and versatile take on exhibition spaces as not only is it full of great works of art, but also its versatility in the way the space can be divided into 4 completely private spaces, allowing you to personalise your event just that little bit more. Lastly, the Regent Suite in Hallam Conference Centre is recognised as a Grade II listed building, as well as sweeping windows and wooden floors offering sophistication and professionalism.

Exhibition Space London Locations

All our London exhibition venues are within a convenient distance from mainline stations and London Underground stations. America Square, our City of London venue is handily situated around stations such as Tower Hill, Fenchurch Street, Tower Gateway, Aldgate and Liverpool Street. For West End locations, we have our Hallam Conference Centre and Cavendish Conference Centre, both located just a few minutes walk from Oxford Street, Great Portland Street, Tottenham Court Road, Bond Street and Goodge Street stations. You are also welcome to visit our De Morgan House Venue, located around Goodge Street and Russell Square stations, as well as our Conway Hall Venue, both also located around Holborn and Chancery Lane stations.

Sustainable Exhibition Spaces

At our London exhibition spaces, we prioritise sustainability and environmental responsibility. We take pride in being the first London conference venue to become accredited landfill neutral, alongside successfully maintaining full sustainability for over 20 consecutive years.

To continue developing and maximising our environmentally friendly scheme, all our London exhibition spaces want to improve all aspects of our operation. To that end, we are running a scheme whereby we will plant a tree for any suggestion as to how we can improve, be it our website, venue service or exhibition venues. If the suggestion is practicable and we adopt it, we will plant 10 trees.

LONDON EXHIBITION SPACES BRANDING

At our London exhibition spaces, we provide complimentary opportunities to help boost the success of your event. Alongside complimentary Wi-Fi for all of our guests, we provide display screens with capabilities to colour wash the wall with your brand or slogan, providing you with the opportunity to individually display a message or key branding whilst creating a ‘wow’ factor for any event or conference at our London exhibition spaces.

With the help of our powerful floor-planning software our experienced events team can assist you in creating the perfect layout for every room. Experiment in 3D with different room configurations ahead of your exhibition to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day. We have created scaled diagrams of all our event spaces that can be shared with everyone involved, from catering to tech support to ensure that rooms are setup to your precise specification.

We continuously receive excellent feedback from customers about our food and drink. We take pride in what we serve, offering you fresh, sustainably sourced and organic dishes to suit your style. Amongst optional breakfasts and lunches, we take special requests and dietary requirements to make sure everyone is able to indulge in our delicious offerings.
