The standard of our event catering is one of the key factors that distinguishes us from many of our competitors. So far this year 92% of respondents rate our food as very good or excellent, with the remainder rating it as good.
Unlike the majority of London’s conference centres all our food is freshly prepared on-site. Our dedicated team of chefs have more than 40 years experience catering for banquets & fine dining evenings, receptions and meeting buffets. Because all food is cooked on-site we can cater for a huge range of special requests, be it dietary & allergy requirements or birthday cakes and specially themed menus.
Respect for the Environment
The conference industry has not led the world when it comes to a respect for the environment. We are different. We offer a range of 100% organic menus with full calorie counts and detailed sourcing data. We have a defined purchasing policy which places the locality of the supplier and the traceability of the product above cost considerations and constantly trying to improve on this. We compost all food waste and have a long standing commitment to the absolute outlawing of disposable items across our venues, be it mineral water bottles or individually wrapped butter portions.
